Upon completion of the submission form, mail the form and your items to the listed address. Once your items have been delivered and are in Game 7 Authentics’ possession, you will receive an email confirming delivery.

3. Authentication

Our team will fill out all of the documentation required for the authentication process. We then meet with JSA to start the authentication process on your behalf. Your items are in possession of Game 7 Authentics at all times.

4. Completion Process

Items requiring a full letter of authenticity will be mailed back with the rest of the order, however, LOAs require additional time to be sent as they are not printed on-site.

I have read and agree to the Game 7 Authentics, LLC liability contract below.

1. Submission: Client desires to deposit with Game 7 Authentics, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Game 7”) certain pieces of sports memorabilia (defined as the “Personal Property” described above) for the purpose of Game 7’s submission of the Personal Property to a third-party memorabilia authentication company for review and authentication (the “Authenticator”).

2. Possession: Game 7 shall hold the Personal Property and care for the Personal Property in a professional and businesslike manner until the same has been reviewed by the Authenticator.

3. Shipping and Insurance: Client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the submission, including the purchase of insurance should Client desire to do so. IF THE PERSONAL PROPERTY ARE DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT DUE TO NO FAULT OF GAME 7 CLIENT AGREES TO HOLD GAME 7 HARMLESS SHOULD THE PERSONAL PROPERTY BE DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. CLIENT EXPRESSLY AFFIRMS THAT GAME 7 SHALL NOT OBTAIN INSURANCE COVERAGE WHICH SHALL PROVIDE COVERAGE SHOULD THE PERSONAL PRPERTY BE LOSSED OR DAMAGED. CLIENT HAS PURCHASED INSURANCE TO THE EXTENT DESIRED.

4. Limitations of Game 7 Liability: Game 7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage to Personal Property while in the possession of Game unless the loss or damage shall be the result of the intentional or negligent actions of Game 7 and its employees, agents, and independent contractors. Client expressly agrees that Game 7 shall not be liable for loss or damage sustained due to: the actions of a third party, acts of God, fire or water damage, or any damage or loss sustained due to the commission of any criminal activity, or any other action other than the intentional or negligent acts of Game 7 which may damage the Personal Property.

5. Return of Personal Property: Game 7 shall deposit the Personal Property with the shipping entity of Client’s choosing no later than seven (7) business days following the submission of the Personal Property to the Authenticator.

6. Legal Advice: Client has, to the extent desired, discussed the execution of this Agreement with the counsel of his/her choosing and has asked all questions it desires related to the execution of this Agreement.

7. Choice of Law/Choice of Forum/Attorneys’ Fees: The validity, construction and enforcement of this Agreement are to be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to any conflicts of laws. Any action to enforce the terms of this Agreement shall be brought in the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma. The prevailing party in any subsequent action relating to or arising from this Agreement shall be entitled to recover its litigation expenses and attorneys’ fees.

8. Counterparts; Electronic/Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same Agreement. Signatures submitted electronically or by facsimile shall be deemed to have the same force and effect as original signatures.
